Perhaps we can help, although it is not guaranteed, because there
are multiple ways that you could have done this.
I'd suggest that you look for the command "pine-inc" in some of
your dotfiles, and if you see such a line in them, remove the line.
Possible files to look in include
.environment
.login
.cshrc.mine
.cshrc
There's a few other places it could be, but try these first.
