People will only see that message when they run pine-inc, so
if you say you get it each time you log in, my guess would
be that your account has been customized to run pine-inc
each time you log in.
To fix this, you'll need to find which of your dotfiles runs
pine-inc, and then remove the line which runs pine-inc from
that file. (Possible files to look at include ~/.cshrc.mine ,
~/.environment , and ~/.startup.X .)
If a friend helped you do the customization the first time,
you could ask them to help you undo it.
