You get the message because you're really running "pine-inc"
each time you run pine. To stop getting the message, stop
running pine-inc.
One possibility is that you might have made an alias in the past,
that automatically runs pine-inc for you when you type "pine".
This alias is often in your ~/.cshrc.mine file. If you remove
the line that defines the alias from the file and log out and
back in, you'll no longer run pine-inc when you run pine.
