I don't know all the problems, as I don't know what all the times SHOULD
be. However, I do know GMT should be ~5 hours ahead of local, not just
about the same. I also know that Local Sidereal time should be about 12
hours ahead or behind (don't know which) us right now.
Testing at sipb showed that this was broken differently on SUN and SG
machines. If this is fixed, would you please drop me an email so I can
use it again?
