The actual bug turned out to be in nntp_time() in nntp.c, and it
should be now fixed. I rebuilt trn for i386_linux3, i386_nbsd1,
sun4x_56 and sgi_65. An older trn binary with this bug remains
for i386_linux1, i386_linux2, pmax_ul4, rs_aix32, sgi_53, sgi_62
and sgi_63.
