This concerns the use of rrn from the sipb locker. It seems that
/usr/sipb is not attached on the host I am using, dialup3. This is not
permitting rn to work. /mit/sipb is fine, but there is no /usr/sipb,
and it seems that the code for rn references the /usr/sipb directory
directly.
In any case, trying rrn (or rn) gives an error here.
I telnetted in to dialup3, and doing an ls of /mit/sipb gave me the
expected response; doing an ls of /usr/sipb gave me
/usr/sipb not found (No such file or directory)
