This is indeed the right place to send sipb-locker bug reports.
I tested pine-inc on one of the dialups, and didn't get a segmentation
fault, so I suspect that the problem you are seeing is triggered by
particular circumstances of your account.
I don't think I'll be much help over email. You could do thinks like
check to see if you're near your quota, or try to pull the mail off
the server using other tools and seeing if the problem goes away.
If you visit the sipb office you could probably get someone there to
try to investigate what's going on.
