The new arrangements of the sipb locker volumes in the athena and sipb
cells is resulting in the `mainstream' SGI binaries being dumped into
contrib.sipb rather than contrib.sipb.sgi in the athena cell. Someone
with some free time should rearrange things so that the `normal' sgi
binaries go into contrib.sipb.sgi, since we're in danger of filling up
contrib.sipb.
