ytalk got a new maintainer, autoconfing, and a lot of fixes between
versions 3.0 and 3.1.1, so it seems like it's about time to update the
copy in the sipb locker.
The new one is giving me mild build problems, but I expect that I will
figure it out. Provided that I get it working, is there any reason not
to update it, or does anyone else feel like grabbing this from me?
