[7353] in SIPB bug reports
tik spews a lot on first startup

This is a lot of spew, I don't have an easy way to check if it does it
to normal users, but someone might check [with some account that has
no .tik file...] If it doesn't, nevermind; I certainly have no
interest in tik but was checking on a user question...
