Hi,
Can you update other/other_sipb (19,20) with what's in
/mit/elliot/Public/other_sipb? It uses add instead of separately attaching and
adding the directory to the user's path and MANPATH (this is easier, and also
removes the line that puts . in the user's path, which opens up some security
problems). I also updated the example program, since I don't think many people
use rrn anymore.

P.S. If someone from bug-sipb wants to do a more complete rewrite of the
answer to make it clearer, I'm sure it would be appreciated.
