"repl" in nmh (in Athena 8.3) behaves differently than in MH.
Specifically, unless you give it the "-group" flag, it will always
reply only to the sender, regardless of any "-cc" and "-nocc" flags
you pass it.
exmh and the emacs locker mh-e will need to deal with this. Note that
the ATHENA_SYS value is not changing for Sun, so you'll need to look
at "machtype -A" or something. (You can't just specify "-group"
always. That will break MH.)
