Unfortunately, recent versions of Omen's zmodem implementation carry a
much more restrictive license than the public domain version currently
installed, so upgrading would probably violate our policy of keeping
the contents of the sipb locker free.  I'm not familiar with Host
Explorer; you might see if there are any options you can adjust, or if
it supports another protocol (such as Kermit).

You may wish to direct future bug reports concerning the sipb locker
to bug-sipb@mit.edu rather than sipb@mit.edu, BTW.
