(Sorry, in retrospect this wasn't as obvious a thing to do as it was
 at the time when I was discussing it with Sam...)

/afs/.sipb/project/sipb/share/acron/ contains three files which are the
databases used by "whats" in the SIPB locker. Having more (all) SIPB members
be able to update the database means it's easier for people to add acroyms,
and hopefully makes it more likely that people will add useful acroyms. Since
they're just text files that are searched with grep, there's a lower level of
skill and trust necessary to modify them then the rest of the SIPB locker
(which is why I surmise system:gsipbbin exists).

Let me know if this doesn't make any sense. :)
