The number of places one must check quotas when installing
software is hard to believe...
Please increase the quota on contrib.sipb.sun4 in the Athena cell
to 40000 k.
(contrib.sipb.sgi is also nearing its quota. Perhaps it would be
worth bumping it up as well...)
