I was a bit shocked to see that both netscape-movemail and pine-inc
use sipb's pmail as their core mail-moving program.
Awkardly, they both are forced to wrap the call to pmail in
a script that moves the user's ~/.mailrc out of the way.
If people would object to a flag being added to pmail, which would
tell it to ignore the user's ~/.mailrc when run, please tell me.
