While rebuilding trn, I noticed that the directory /mit/sipb/share/trn
was empty. I think it used to contain a single file called
"organization". I don't know if that file was erased by accident or
on purpose, or maybe it never existed. In any case, I created it with
the following line:
Massachvsetts Institvte of Technology
When this file exists: When you post news from trn, the file that you
type your message into contains the header line "Organization:
Massachvsetts..."
When this file does not exist: When you post news from trn, the file
that you type your message into contains an empty header line for
"Organization". However, "Massachvsetts..." shows up in the article
once it's been posted anyway. I don't know what puts that header in
the article.
Oh well. At any rate, I think the organization file should exist. If
anyone thinks the file shouldn't exist or should say something
different, go ahead and fix it.
Have a nice day,
Sal.
