Jon,
I don't think we should have binaries in the SIPB locker and not have to
sources from which they were built available in the SIPB src tree. That
you haven't gotten around to it is a rotten excuse. If you can't put
the sources where they belong you shouldn't install the binaries.
Haven't we been through this before?
