Strange.
I just tried out a bunch of times. Sometimes I could reproduce
the bug, and sometimes I couldn't. The bug happens whenever exmh
calls mimencode -q -u to process the message, and does not happen
when exmh does not call mimencode. Making the message shorter
seems to cause things to work right, so I think that somehow
message length is playing a part.
I don't have any more time to look at it tonight; I'll poke at it
some more later.
