The standard Athena dotfiles (specifically,
/usr/athena/lib/init/cshrc) contain the line
alias renew 'kinit $USER && fsid -a && zctl load /dev/null'
which you can add to your own dotfiles if you wish. (Unless you're
doing something unusual, that should also be defined for you.)
