I only did because I couldn't find build trees under /mit/sipb/src
(OK, maybe I used the full AFS path to get to the sipb locker, but the
problem was I spent a long time looking around the src tree for
anyhting resempling a build tree and didn't find it until I looked in
/afs/sipb/project/sipbsrc). I guess I'd forgotten the change in
policy for the sipb locker to stop keeping build trees around.

It looks like the recent webster server change has made is into both
/mit/sipbsrc and /mit/sipb/src, so I guess we are ok in that area for
getting rid of the old source tree.
