xzwrite resizing bug

The resizing bug in xzwrite has been fixed (thanks to jik for actually
converted xzwrite to use a form widget), as well as a couple other
miscleaneous bugs ("Invalid Notice" that caused a crash, notably.)
The fixed binaries have been installed on
/afs/.athena/contrib/sipb/{vax,rt,decmips}bin which I suppose will be
available in the normal places whenever the sipb afs cell gets
released. (or so says rob.. I don't quite understand these things.)
