What happened is fairly clear; the synctree process ran across the
.rconf in the pine source directory and complained because a previous
run had created files instead of symlinks.
This indicates something wrong in our mirroring process. We should
probably either not be mirroring the source tree, or we should be
using -nosrcrules.
