This generally means that message 625 has a problem with the headers
that scan is unable to understand; if it's a message you don't need to
keep around, you can just delete it and scan will start behaving
again. If you need to keep it, you could manually edit the file
(~/Mail/inbox/625) to normalize the headers somewhat.
