After a zephyr conversation with the user, and chance to
examine the user's Mail directory, I found the problem:
somehow, the file "Mail/drafts/.xmhcache" had actually
become a directory, instead of a file.
syjung: running the command
rmdir ~/Mail/drafts/.xmhcache
should fix your account so that you stop getting the error.
(It may also fix xmh, but it's hard to say, since xmh is
a far scarier program.)
