I have moved the files "acron" and "acron.vera", formerly found in
/mit/sipb/share, into a subdirectory, /mit/sipb/share/acron/. I have
put the files in that directory under RCS control. I have also
created a third file, "acron.sipb", under RCS control in that
directory. I think it will be neat to keep an RCS history of the
acronyms collected by SIPB. So, when someone sends mail to sipb-whats
and you want to add the submitted acronym:
1. RCS check out and lock "acron.sipb".
2. Add the acronym.
3. RCS check in and unlock "acron.sipb".
You can enter a log message like "added stuff" or "added <the acronym
that you added>" or "submitted by <somebody>"... Whatever makes you
happy.
Have a nice day,
Sal.
