Problems with rrn should be sent to "usenet", not to sipb, bug-sipb
or bug-dialup.
The problems you are experiencing seem to be Athena-wide, not
confined to dialup machine. Bloom-beacon isn't responding to any sort
of connections -- mail, rlogin, rrn, or whatever.
I'm sure someone will look into it when they get a chance (I don't
have the authority to do root logins on beacon or to reboot it, or I'd
do it, and I don't feel like walking all the way over from e40 to the
building 11 machine room to see what's wrong.).
