>/usr/libexec/ld.so: warning: libc.so.12.5: minor version >= 6 expected, using it anyway

This means that whoever compiled the program for NetBSD did so
on a machine with newer versions of the shared libraries than the
current SIPB-Athena NetBSD release, which prompts this error - it's
usually harmless, but a bit annoying.

I looked over /mit/sipb/mactype/inbsd/bin and found a bunch of
other programs that had been built like this, and recompiled them
all on a stock machine. The errors from running these programs will go
away when the sipb locker is released tonight.

Here's the list of programs that I rebuilt:

descrypt
disdvi
dvi2tty
fig2dev
funzip
moonphase
oneko
pop
psc
sc
transfig
uemacs
unsit
unzip
unzipsfx
where
xrn
xteddy
zip
zipcloak
zipnote
zipsplit
zpunt

Also, the binary "scqref" appeared to be a Linux/ELF binary,
which somehow made it into the NetBSD bin directory. I replaced it
with a native NetBSD version when I rebuilt the rest of the sc
package.

SIPB locker maintainers: When you build programs for
NetBSD/i386, you want to do so on a stock SIPB-Athena box, and not on
one that's been updated to something between releases, because these
errors (and possibly some brokenness) will result. At the moment, of
the four NetBSD boxes in the SIPB office, only planet-zorp is stock
SIPB-Athena, and it is the designated build machine.
