What were you trying to do?
run the sipb version of xdvi on a particular file containing
ps includes
What's wrong:
When it hits page 2 after spending any length of time on Page
1 (that is, if you just zip to page 2, this doesn't happen),
it starts thinking about drawing the first PS file and then
restarts the X server, logging me out.
What should have happened:
(This field always seems sort of silly) "It should have
worked right, darn it." Failing that, it would have been nice
if it had crashed a little more gracefully
Please describe any relevant documentation references:
I couldn't generate a core file; the output from
truss -f, and the offending xdvi file, are in
/mit/boojum/XDVIBUG.
