ncftp loses on windex stuff:

[portnoy!jhawk] ~> man NcFTP
windex entry incorrect:  NcFTP(1) not found.
No manual entry for NcFTP.

this is because the manpage studlicapifies it, but
the manpage is named in all lowercase.
