Hi, Laura.
The correct [sic] path to that file would be:
/mit/sipbsrc/src/mcread/README
not:
/mit/sipbsrc/src/mcREADME
Still, we shouldn't be telling people to read files from the source
tree, so I moved it and mwformat into /mit/sipb/doc/mcread/.
many of you bug-sipb people will note that /mit/sipb/doc is a symlink.
I decided to not think about the oddness right now and just make
things work. Discussion on bug-sipb (only) is suggested.
