It'd be nice if we could rebuild xscreensaver with an Xlib that has
the recent security fixes (e.g., the ones made for XFree86 3.3).
Without that, there might be some benefit to leaving xscreensaver not
setuid (or, at least, some benefit to people who allow setuid
execution only from the sipb cell).

On a related note, I built and installed xscreensaver for the rt and
vax. In doing so, I violated the "Try to avoid" admonition in fsstnd
part 2.0.2, since I don't know the right way to get -DNO_SIGACTION
into the Makefile.

I used /usr/athena/bin/xmkmf, and attached x11r5 on the vax and x11r4
on the rt, but I wasn't sure whether to add instructions to the
build-x document, perhaps beginning with "Athena 7.4 RTs run an X11R4
server that was hacked on extensively by Richard and Ezra in
approximately 1990."
