If I PGP sign a message, Exmh insists on inserting MIME headers. I *REALLY*
*REALLY* *REALLY* don't want it doing this, and consider it a bug that I
cannot turn this mis-feature off. This is preventing me from PGP signing
messages, as some of the mail readers of the people reading my PGP-signed
messages refuse to deal with MIME (and I just plain hate MIME on general
principles anyway).
