iap (perhaps other scripts as well) in the sipb locker appears to
start up a mosaic browser (for X) or the outland version of lynx.
I'm not sure if anyone has suggested starting to use htmlview. The
basic rationale behind using this was to provide reasonably regular
behavior when the user invokes something--typically simply putting the
desired url into the currently running browser instead of
automatically starting yet another browser for them.
Since we've now changed olh and dash to use the htmlview setup, I
thought I would mention this to sipb.
