Hi, all.

Sorry it's taken me so long to tell what I've been doing in the
sipb-new locker. It's been a busy month.

Basically, I think Vim is ready to be installed in sipb-new. I've
been using an outland installation of vim for several months now,
and have only observed one bug in that time. I sent a bug report
to the author, received back a patch, applied it, and have had
no problems since.

Vim should not be difficult to support: mostly users should just
be pointed at the on-line documentation, which they get at by
typing ":help". IMHO, the documentation is very good.

So, if someone would like to install it, vim's ready to be installed.
Install by doing
	detach /mit/sipb
	attach sipb-new
	attach x11r5
	cd /mit/sipb/arch/$ATHENA_SYS/build/vim-4.5/src

	make install

(must be 'gmake install' on NetBSD.)

I'll take care of checking for valid windex files, and other trivia,
and let people know if there's anything I'm unable to fix.

-Jacob

Ah. Noted. I've fixed the already existing files, and tweaked my umask.
