Due to the large number of "where did idraw go" questions
that have been asked recently in olc and on instance help,
I've installed an idraw script in the SIPB locker for all
platforms. It prints a message and then exits. It's still only
in the read-write volume. Anyone running "add sipb; idraw"
will get the message:

---------------------------------------------------------------

**** IDRAW IS NO LONGER SUPPORTED ****

Sorry, but the idraw package is no longer supported on Athena.
If you _really_ need to use it and you're on a Sun, try doing:

        attach iv; /mit/iv/installed/bin/SUN4/idraw

Otherwise, we strongly urge you to consider using either tgif
or xfig. Both programs are located in the SIPB locker and offer
similar functionality to idraw.

To use tgif:

        add sipb; tgif

To use xfig:

        add sipb; xfig

Some people prefer tgif over xfig, and others prefer xfig.
Each has its own strengths and weaknesses, but which to use
is a matter of personal preference.

If you encounter problems with either tgif or xfig, send
email to bug-sipb@mit.edu.
