There are a number of programs in the sipb locker that will not work on
recent Linux systems, such as those being installed currently.) Since the
SIPB locker is for supported software, these should probably be fixed
as soon as possible. (I may look at fixing some of these later this
evening.) Guilty programs are char, fwhois, getactive, inews, nawm,
qedx, and xfig.old:
