I've had this problem on other systems as well. I have a windowmanager
binding that moves focus to a zephyr, does an f.delete, then restores state
to whatever window I was in. Exmh sees the pointer leave, but fails to see
it return. I've mostly noticed this with the simple editor, but I just
experienced it with the main window.
Actually, it sees where the pointer is, but fails to listen to the keyboard.
