The daily rebuild of the sipbsrc index, /mit/sipbsrc/FILES*, now runs
on penguin-lust rather than bloom-picayune. The RCS log for the script
that does this is in /mit/sipbsrc/nightly/RCS/nightly.sh,v. The impact
of this change isn't very big: it usually took around 14 minutes to
run on bloom-picayune and takes about 3 minutes on penguin-lust.
