Possibly this is because your webster client is trying to contact the
wrong server at MIT. If you're using webster on an MIT computer, we
could try to figure out why it's using the wrong servers and get you
an updated version of the client if necessary.

Due to a licensing problem, though, we needed to change all of our
servers to provide dictionary entries to MIT computers only. This
change has been in place since late September, 1995. If you're using
computers at Iowa State, you may want to use some other dictionary
