exmh not working on Solaris & Ultrix

Seems to work on AIX.
On Solaris, exit status is one and the following is output:
application-specific initialization failed: Can't find a usable init.tcl in the following directories:
=/mit/tcl/lib/tcl7.5 /afs/sipb/project/lib/tcl7.5 /afs/athena.mit.edu/user/d/tcl7.5/library /afs/athena.mit.edu/user/d/l/library
This probably means that Tcl wasn't installed properly.
