Noticing that the decmips version of pop in the sipb locker failed to honor
the environment variable MAILHOST, I was peeved and recompiled it. The newly
compiled version honors MAILHOST and seems to work fine. I've installed it
in the rw volume of the sipb-locker, which I expect to be released tonight.
The previous version was dated 1992 and was owned by jik. I moved it to
pop.old; it should be deleted shortly if no one finds any problems with the
version I compiled.
