500 companies. Thus, everything is high-end, expensive stuff, not
shrinkwrap, home computer stuff. Most applications include relational database,
client-server, and GUI technology. What separates them from other similar
companies is their architecture. They have generalized the process of
creating high-end business applications and have an engine that cranks out
much of such applications automatically. Then, their employees put on the
finishing touches, and -- voila! -- they can create software systems much
faster than the competition. Their advantage is in their automatic generation
tools. As successive clients buy applications with different features, KeyTex
incorporates those features into their toolkit, making their automatic
generation more powerful.
