I have replaced webster and xwebster in the sipb locker with shell
scripts that say the following:
The SIPB webster dictionary server is currently down, because it is
being moved from the old SIPB office in building 11 to our new office
on the fifth floor of the student center.
The webster server will most likely be operational again before the
end of June.
The SIPB apologizes for any inconvenience.
The binaries are in webster.real and xwebster.real in both the
vaxbin and rtbin directories. I have also reconciled the sipb locker
over to the sipb AFS cell.
