There are no manpages for VM, but there is an info file. It's
currently not installed in the sipb locker, but you can find it in
/afs/sipb/project/sipbsrc/src/lib/elisp/vm-beta/vm.info. At some
point I will rename stuff so that the current beta version of VM will
become the production version. Also, for some reason, the info file
for VM seems several versions out of date.
