/afs/athena/contrib/sipb ignores "linux_vol" and "netbsd_vol" but not

Not true.
/afs/athena/contrib/sipb/.rconf says absolutely nothing about
netbsd_vol. All of netbsd_vol has been mirrored into /afs/athena,
including xscreensaver.
/mit/sipb/.rconf did say "ignore linux_vol", which I changed to
"ignore arch/i386_linux1".
