In order to have a backup copy of sun4bin in the athena cell, I used
athena:contrib.sipb.sun4 (the 35Meg unused volume for the new sipb
locker) to become /afs/athena/contrib/sipb/sun4bin. (this was a
pointer to sipb:project.sipb.sun).
I edited /afs/athena/contrib/sipb/.rconf and removed the "ignore
sun4bin", so it will keep this copy updated (although somebody should
check that the destination xscreensaver (which is setuid) remains
after the update script has run once).
Unfortunately, this means that people will have to revert the state of
the locker before reorganizing the sipb locker, but at least we'll
have a backup copy until then....
