I edited the decmips and sgi rn binaries to use lowercase. This may
cause some temporary problems especially for decmips dialup users who
want to cancel their articles, but I think today is the least
disruptive time of the year to make the change. The old inews binaries
have been saved in /afs/sipb/user/mhpower/rn/inews.{decmips,sgi}~.
