I've made /mit/sipb/linux_vol a mountpoint for
#sipb.mit.edu:project.sipb-linux (rather than %project.sipb-linux), so
that the Athena copy can find linuxbin when the SIPB cell is up.
(I assume it's a specific decision that we don't mirror the Linux and
NetBSD volumes.)
(Change will take effect tomorrow.)
