On April 8th, I wrote:
To run the new version (version 3.1), type:
add sipb; xfig.new
I haven't heard anything since then, so I've renamed the older version
of xfig in each bindir from xfig to xfig.old, and renamed the newer
version from xfig.new to xfig.
New instructions:
